    Engine swap

    Does anybody know if a 750 L engine would fit in a 550L frame?

      The engines are very different and nowhere near a straight swap. Could be done I suspect but would be a whole heap of work.
      79 GS1000S
      79 GS1000S (another one)
      80 GSX750
      80 GS550
      80 CB650 cafe racer
      75 PC50 - the one with OHV and pedals...
      75 TS100 - being ridden (suicidally) by my father

              it's a 1979 750 engine thet is supposed to go in a 79 550 frame, the engines look similar, but I'm not really sure about the size

                  The 750 motor is a lot bigger.
