    No, I just fixed the lock washer... I didn't think loctite would hold up too well in that environment?

      I think they use red on the rotor but I whacked some blue on the bolt just to help as well as torqueing it up nice and tight...

          Hopefully not! I didn't put it on mine either as I only have blue... I phrased that post really badly... apparently *some people* put red on them but it's not necessary and isn't done out of the factory...

            Oh ok well the lock washer was completely flat, so I gave it some springy shape back and tightened with authority. Figured locktite would be a waste of time with the heat from the engine down there? Guess we'll see... it'll be the first thing I check if I ever have those symptoms again.

              Cool, I had to replace the bolt and lock washer so fingers crossed mine stays in where it should...
