strong piece of advice:
Never Modify Your Daily Driver to be your track/beat on/race/drift/whatever car.
Things get out of hand quick with mods and soon you have a car that is no longer dd suitable. Track suspension isn't meant for long term dd use, it will wear out expensive parts quick.
There are better ways to spend your money. IE, throwing it into a fire.
Weld the hood shut.Leave a comment:

Guest repliedI got rid of the bike because I needed a car, not because it was a money pit. Like I said, my truck is knocking very badly and at 300,000 miles, it's just not worth fixing so it's time for another car.Man, you can't let people get under your skin like that. Not everybodys going to like you, which sucks, but its true. You just gotta let the **** roll off you.
Goodluck with the car though, hope you get back into bikes soon enough. Question though, if you got rid of your bike because its a project/money pit, why are you buying another project/money pit?
The car I'm looking at right now runs and drives great. There is also so much aftermarket support and parts available.
I will just drive the car as is for now and buy tools right now. But sooner or later, the car will get fixed up.
