Steve, he know full well what those are. I probably have gotten 6 or 7 of them from him in one condition or another. just to bad the idiots on Ebay don't; I got tired of correcting them.

Dale..have you redone the engine yet? I know you were saying you were gonna have your son help you get it on the bench at one point.

Pete, you given me an idea. I think I might just go ahead and change mine over to led's as well.

The same kind of party that helps me install it into the frame!

Chuck, you've nothing to be ashamed with on your builds; I just chose to do mine a little differently.

I plan on robbing your ideas on how best to prep the engine for painting and how to rehab the right and left controls.

Just be sure that baby is as degreased as possible. So far I havent had any heat peel or failure of the SP-127. Its supposed to be self etching according to the label. At some point I have to pull the engines on the 77 and 78 750s to redo them. Before I had found all these new ideas and paints, I had used engine clear coat over the aluminum paint and its starting to turn brown

Proud owner? I have been since the day you found it and passed it along. Having a ball rebuilding something most would have sent it along to the scrapper. it gives others confidence that they can restore things to the best of their abilities as well.
