I just use some wire and secure it. It should be fine.

Here is some more pics of the bike.

LED's I have a blue strip under the tank and I have 2 little "Black light" LED"s under the seat facing the back.

Nice work! Wire's definitely better than a cable tie for the R/R.

She looks real neat now, very clean and that paint job is great!

Thanks guys. Tonight I attached a magnet to the R side panel as it was a little loose. Its not anymore! And I tightened all the bolts for the exhaust and side covers. I am ready to ride! Next thing is to get the carbs synched. Anyone know how to tell if they are in sync without a vacuum gauge?

                  Awesome stuff!

You can bench sync them, but nothing will replace a proper sync with gauges...

Sounds good. It's going to be 55 here today. So I am going to ride it!

That plug looks a little lean but hard to tell from a picture. It appears white in the photo. You want tan/brown ideally.

Alright. Any ideas on how to track down the leak if there is one?

I found the issue. The right cyl had a little air leak around the boot/intake where the o ring seals. I took the boot off and found that it was a little warped. So I found a flat surface and took some 400 grit sand paper and went to town. It was hardly warped at all. But I can say that it no longer leaks around the intake O ring. Does anyone know how long it takes spark plugs to turn a particular color? 1 mile 5 miles 100 miles?
