Essentially these, my brother had them lying around and actually just gave them to me as they were not right for his application. Nice shocks for a bike you intend to use on road and off since you can just air them up and down as needed for street/dirt.

It could be rings for sure, but you really need to check your valve clearances too as they can affect compression if they're too tight.
If you can get it over 100psi wet then you could be ok.
Stupid question but are you holding the throttle wide open while cranking?Comment
