    Project "ZukZilla"

It needed a name but i'm not married to it.

I am painting, tuning up, fabricating, blah blah blah. Started some light night tank work tonight. I am sanding it down completely by hand using a 3M pad and a 100% vinegar spray wipe down during breaks. Then I will pop the dents, bondo over the badge mounts, sand rest out, primer coat and then strip/line the inside. You can see how much rust revealed itself after I got it all dried out.

Glad to see you getting a thread going... any ideas on the direction for the project?

Specific plans for the tank liner? I can highly recommend the POR 15 kit but make sure you follow the instructions 100% to the letter to get a good job.

I am painting the tank, carbs, and custom highway pegs cherry/bright red. Aside from these minor things my low miles GS will remain 100% stock. As for tank liner the cheapest one.
