"Lol what fuse box there is none."
First time I took my cover off to check the fuses I thought the same thing. Holy crap....this all runs on one glass tube relic. And it was cracked at that. Luckily the factory backup was still in the protective plastic . Things were so much easier back then.

    Good luck w/the project.

Never really realized how much the frame looks like a Japanese featherbed. With a bit added bracing.

It appears to be a nice looking bike now but It's gonna be a better running bike when you get it done.
Thanks and yea it's a working progress.

I used auto zone caliper paint. Once there painted I baked them in the oven for an hour at 200. I'm not sure if it's gas proof I hope it rest ands it. I guess we will find out lol.

I didn't have anything it was straight hook up. I redid to how I like it and feel much safer about it.

Well nothing much going on except the bike is on the road. But have a bit of a problem keeping it running when it's warmed up. I did pick up a new rear swingarm and tire not sure if it will go on the bike yet. It's a 05 gsxr 1000.

                    Just need the brake setup
And a little clip of it running

Now I need some help when she is warmed up and it idles down she stalls out. Starts back up right away but when I take off she bogs like it's starving. Any ideas?

                      Carbs clean? Valves adjusted?

Yeah your carbs look great, but I have never heard of using CLR to clean them.
