This is more of a retrospective look at my first project as I bought this bike nearly 2 years ago, long before i discovered the GS Resources and I modified it over the following 6 month period.
I thought you might like to see the final result anyway.

This is how i bought it, the owner had recently painted it and it was a good job but i just didn't like the colour. It had the customary minor oil leak between cylinders 2 & 3 at the front and they had done some engine case work at the signal generator side. There are only 2 fixing threads for the signal generator cover instead of 3. There is a minor oil leak out through the signal generator as well. A bad seal around the shaft i am presuming.

All the parts that needed painting were removed and sent to the painter and i touched up the frame where necessary

    Got the seat recovered

Once all the pieces were returned i got it back together

I got the 4n1 exhaust treated with a ceramic coating to give a shiny aluminium look and got that on. Then i rode it for a while.

I then eyed an original exhaust on ebay in the UK and purchased that at the expense of a lot of time and money. Worth it once a finally got it installed.

When consulting the magic 8 ball for advice, one must first ask it "will your answers be accurate?"
