    Tony's 80 GS1000G Rebuild

I picked this bike up for a few hundred bucks. It has not been in running condition for a couple years and was partly disassembled when I got it. After tearing it down and checking/wrapping and putting new connections on the wiring side of things I have now rebuilt the carbs and have it on the street running good but still looking pretty ugly.

Welcome to the nut house, pull up a floorboard and make yourself at home.
Yes, we like pics, plenty of them, of the bike, not you.
Be sure to follow all the maintenance items, it is the road to GS Nirvana.
