Makes it look pretty cool. Wonder where to get one of those speedo shades?

Yeah we chopped the pipes about 18 inches. Caused some carb issues but it's all settled once I upgraded the jets with the pods. The wind shade actually sits under the stock front fairing which was nice. Il upload some better photos because video is kinda grainy.

So another chop job making tons of noise. Creating ill will in the general population toward motorcycles. Not good.

Harley muffler takeoffs are dirt cheap and easy to install. Small and unobtrusive too. Hope you will consider "upgrading" your bike with some or similar.

I never thought about doing that but it makes sense. These aren't straight pipes and it's not that much louder than my gsxr 1000 that has a two brothers pipe. I'm interested in the Harley idea, are there sound clips anywhere on YouTube with those pipes on a GS?

                          Oh I do hope so.

JAG967 it looks fine. I used the old style push in VW baffles in my old chop. One for each down pipe. Cheap and cheerful.

If I was to chop up a GSX11 or GSXR11 it would have to be in that original old style of mine. Something like this.
