HELP. I've been working on an 82 gs 650 that's a cafe in progress but can't find an exhaust system for it.....I just need something that will bold on it so I have a base to build off of.... any suggestions? ???

Motad system in Europe or Mac in North America.

Do you want new header pipes or useable ones?
You can get pipes off a 550 to work, but the centre to centre spacing is a little off, and it take a bit of muscle to finesse them into place.'83 GS650G

Just get a Vance/Hines and be done with it!
, you can find just the head pipes (cut) on ebay, also some used completes, expect to pay close to $200 shipped, head pipes will need 2-1 collectors added for fabbing your own.

No, headpipe spacing is wider on the larger 4 cylinder bikes, but post a wanted to buy in the parts section. There are vendors online as well to find the exhaust your looking for.Comment
