GS750 - GSXR600 SRAD street fighter project UK

    Hello GSresources Guys,

Im a bit of a lurker, first time poster etc. Bought a cafe project "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Pq4Wm11FjE" "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhxY0z4G_Pw" and starting to sort it . I have a bit of experience on bikes from when i was younger, c90 Honda used for speedway with motocross shocks ( so im not really in a good position to decide on whats safe).

Trying to get this to a safe state for the road, in the video looks good but the cuts and welds could be better ( i dont wanna be nasty the guy was really nice) .

My main problems at the moment are the yoke connection which maybe over engineering on the GSXR and the chops on the frame which cut a bit though into the tubes. There's a bit of rust in there and with such a light frame im not sure of betting my life on this thing. So im considering adding a considerable amount of extra metal to the bottom rear of the frame.

Gonna start a big searching spree over this weekend in here and the street fighter forums but if anyone has a knowledge of something please post - my searching skills always miss the most obvious stuff.

I the GSXR front seems to be the correct diameter but require a bit of a chop, maybe not this weld though

I have a set that looks identical.
Maybe we should bend in #4 as well to equalize the air flow.
