Exactly the plan Ed, leaning towards a stock restoration.

Looks to be in nice shape, maybe a bit too nice for a resto-mod.

I say flip it for a modest profit, maybe trade some guy the cooley for a couple bikes plus cash and continue the search for a resto-mod candidate.

Of course, the challenging part will be finding a guy who is interested in that kind of deal (my pm box is clear).

Cooley came with a 9 out of 10 set stock pipes and a set of NOS mirrors so I might b inclined to head further in that direction.

Great buys, all, Joe. The Kawi's (especially the 900 and the H1) are very cool..would make nice resto mods, and the Cooley..congrats. I know you've been on the hunt for some time now. It looks very nice. Glad the search is over. I've followed your progress on the Resto-Mod site and always enjoy your projects.

That one is a true 73 (black engine) the one I sold was a 75 ( solver engine) with 73 body parts.

That would be nice! I tracked down the guy that painted your 700 and he said that due to EPA regulations, he is pretty much done with that type of paint and work.
