    Everything has a beginning - starting the GS750/1100/1127 gsxr thing

    After delays caused by employment changes, visa changes, house changes ( both sides of the Atlantic) its time to start building a new Frankenstein GS.



    Most of the parts have been accumulated cross other projects and were lurking in tote bins, so, first task was to identify what I had .

    Basic spec -

    80 750E frame which will be braced and get a slight geometry change
    81 Euro spec gsx1100ex bodywork
    90 something gsxr forks, wheels, brakes
    1127 K spec gsxr motor
    1200 bandit arm modified for twin shock

      Pulled various and somewhat rough plastics together .... repaired ,remove decals,rub down and primer then base black A398AA19-9452-4835-A2CF-EFE718EFE81D.jpg

            Spent half a day ( playoffs to watch) fabricating engine mounts and fitting the 1127 motor into the 750 frame.


            I?ll make the frame braces up tomorrow
