Unknown wires underneath fuel tank! GS850 Suzuki

On the 850GLZ schematic they show only one horn.

True, but we had to drag it out of him that it's an '81 (therefore not a "Z")
and there has not yet been any mention that it's an L.

To me the picture looks like Orange with green stripe and solid green which are both used in the Horn wiring
