    Well, a little poetry:
    Eldorado
    By Edgar Allan Poe

    Gaily bedight,

    A gallant knight,

    In sunshine and in shadow,

    Had journeyed long,

    Singing a song,

    In search of Eldorado.

    But he grew old?

    This knight so bold?

And o?er his heart a shadow?

    Fell as he found

    No spot of ground

    That looked like Eldorado.

    And, as his strength

    Failed him at length,

    He met a pilgrim shadow?

    ?Shadow,? said he,

    ?Where can it be?

    This land of Eldorado??

    ?Over the Mountains

    Of the Moon,

Down the Valley of the Shadow,

    Ride, boldly ride,?

    The shade replied,?

    ?If you seek for Eldorado!?

Bob, looks like that ain't perforated leather, bummer. I hope it's got ventilation cuts.
Buy yourself some biker leotards, sure help wick away the sweat and make it EZ to get the damn jacket off!
I use a 2 piece perforated suit, fabulous being able to just get the damn jacket off between track sessions!

Come on down! Bring Rob... I am about 10 minutes from the track. The best money I can spend on my bike is learning to ride it. Then we can do the Ridge.
      You had me at Trev.....

I will post my pathetic time slip when it is over. It's been a while since I did this on a bike, hopefully it's like riding a bicycle. Last time out in my car I had a .001 reaction time. But I also had a .437...

Usually on a T&T night you can get quite a few runs in. Think I'll take the '83, it is the most sorted...

It is perforated on the white parts. Like I told the (ex) wife...."The last 26 years were yours. The remaining years are mine". Live hard, die young, leave a good looking corpse. Well, 2 out of 3 anyway.

Since no one else has said it, I will. I think you are crazy to race anything, anywhere, anytime without the best gear you can afford. Whether the organizer makes you wear leather or not I wouldn't consider going out without it.

+1, great description of leathers and you didn't even mention the diaper butt you have when walking around in a one piece suit. I have both one piece and two piece and when the two piece is zipped together it is just as bad as the one piece for getting into and out of. I would recommend to OP to get a set of under armor style pants and shirt as used in many sports. They make it much easier to get the suit on and off, especially if you are all sweaty.

I don't know what biker leotards are but they sound like the under armor stuff I like. I agree they make it much easier to get the gear on and off.
