So sad. I love road racing but I can't watch the IOM racing because it's too hairball.

The bad bits will be edited out before it airs on TV. Those guys are a special breed, and maybe shouldn't have children. If you get Motor Trend on Demand they have much of the British road racing series recorded.Fast lap so far is 133+ average.

The side car racing is insane and off the chain.

Interesting that the new Superstock record is only .3 MPH slower than the new Superbike record. That's an awful lot of money to spend for .3 MPH over an essentially stock bike on street tires.

Some of the riders rides their superstock in the Superbike class for that reason. On the IOM TT it really takes a lot of skill to wring the last ounce of performance out of the Superbikes as they are supposedly so much harder to ride.

Average is 2+ deaths per year. (257 total over 111 years)

Going to the TT is on my bucket list, but I don?t want to go & see someone die. I wonder if there is anything they can do to make it safer but still keep it the ?TT?.

The big Post Classics - which includes the GS's - haven't had much chance for practise yet. Rain and fog....

Latest from the wet rock....Kiwi IOM novice on Classic Team Suzuki GB's Katana has done 106/107mph laps when they finally got out in clearing weather.
At a marked disadvantage to the XR69's on that circuit....

Well, he's learning the track and that Katana - lapped at over 110mph. Being held up by 250GP bikes...
It's not exactly nimble so it's easy to be balked through some sections.
