Sadly, I can't see the video you posted - my internet. As I've said elsewhere I have a friend over there at present, running another Kiwi in the Supersport 1000 class. I gathered from what he said at the time that the tank is for a serious semi - works team who have to use the genuine items as part of the deal.
Other teams have of course found cheaper ways of doing long range tanks.
The practise GSXR1000 my friend's team used had a stock tank - which was good for only one lap at race speeds. The race bike has a long range tank and is good for two laps. In practise, a rear tyre was good for four laps. Close to 200hp uses a lot of fuel - and rubber. Last I heard they'd done several laps around 122mph and at least one at 125mph.Comment
