1st.......Stand the bike up straight

2nd..............Push centerstand into contact with floor with left foot.

3rd.............. Rock the bike slightly side to side to insure both legs of centerstand are in contact with the floor.

4th........... Put pressure on your left foot to maintain centerstand in contact with floor. (bike will stand---no hands needed)

5th............starting the lift........... with left foot on centerstand ear, pivot on left foot, ending with right foot placed beside rear axle and left hand on grab handle on the left side of the seat. Then, push with left foot while pulling with left hand. Left arm is straight. Straighten left leg. The line of force is from left foot to left shoulder. Back is straight. Right foot is beside rear axle end.
