    Those are good for removing the cylinder studs but I don't think that they would be much good for broken exhaust studs unless there is alot of protrusion from the head.

        They are good for bigger diam studs.
        On exhaust studs not so good. If there is enough stud to use one, use vice grips instead (and penitrating oil).

          these things have always been chintzy to me. never worked that well when I even had a long enough stud to use em on.
