    securing directions

I took a ride through the mountains today, 100 miles.
Wrote down my directions before I went, and I used some kitchen cling-wrap to hold my directions to the tank. A wet papertowel provided enough water to make the wrap cling nice and tight to the tank, and it did me good the whole day.

As I was riding along, I wondered if anybody has ever tried ParaFilm?

Nope, have never really heard of it, let alone tried it.

I have been known to use a gallon-size zip-loc bag held in place with a decent magnet, though.

Now that I have a tank bag, I just use the map pocket on the top when I remember to take the tank bag.

I used to work in a lab... it's this awesome lab film that comes in a roll 2" or 4" wide, and it's stretchy and sticky but there's no adhesive. I was thinking it might cling nicely to a tank, too.
