    Swiffer Sweeper

I decided to resurrect my Rifle Sport Fairing for the fall. The last time I used it my bike was black, now red, and so was the fairing. So it's time to paint. I filled some imperfections and ruffed the old paint up before dinner. After dinner the wife used her dry Swiffer on the floor, and showed me the dust picked up by the pad. I asked her for one of the refill pads and used it for a tack cloth before I primed the fairing. Not a speck of dust and nice flat paint. I think I'll keep a box of refills in the garage for wiping the bike down.

You're lucky it didn't contain any polish. That would've made for a serious amount of fisheyes.

Common sense has become so uncommon that I consider it a super power.

      Present Stable includes:
      '74 GT750 Resto-mod I've owned since '79
      '83 GS1100E (The best E I've ever enjoyed, Joe Nardy's former bike)
      '82 GS1100G Resto project
