    Homemade Tubing to check the Carb Bowl Fuel Levels

    I just did this and documented it on my site. I haven't tested it yet; The glue is still curing.

    Nice way to document what you are doing.

    It's a good hack. Keep us up to date.

    I have a store-bought gauge. The hose attached to the plug is fairly stiff and I have a bugger of a time trying to get it screwed into place with the hose attached. Particularly to the inboard carbs.

      I drilled out 4 screws and soldered 1/2 of copper pipe onto them. Not much clearance under there so it has to be short and sweet.
