    Gs400 rear brake linkage orientation

    Hi , I bikes up a 1982 gs400 which has been previously disassembled, pieces missing, I am trying to figure out the proper orientation for the brake linkage at the pedal ... image attached

      Also where should the brake light switch be located , many mounting tabs have been cut off , maybe if someone can take a picture of the setup that would be help full

            ​yours looks a bit odd. is it hitting the swingarm? Maybe tip it forward more?

              the holder for the switch is 2 3/4" above the frameweld if that helps. You could hoseclamp a switch in place to test the position. or lash with nylon twine if you're boaty.
