Gs1000 master cylinder

Hi everyone new to the forum names Keith I'm restoring a 78 gs1000EC stripped the front master cylinder new seal cleaned out doesn't seem to be pumping fluid now it's back together I'm attaching a photo of the components can someone please check if I have assembled it all correctly thanks in advance.

The spring needs to flip around with the small end at the top of the piston. The rubber cup there needs to point away from the piston (same way as the one around the middle of the piston).
