    Swingarm

What year/model Suzuki Bandit swingarm will fit an 81 1100E?
    Is there a weight savings?

If you have the stock 11E swing arm, I would advise staying with it. It was quite advanced (in its day): "built up, box section" aluminum Cycle World called it.

2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

None, the Bandits are Mono shocks. Thinking converting a Bandit, mono shock swingarm, to a dual shock GS1100E could create a slight problem. But anything is possible.
