Hello again Jungle Justice,
To confirm the make of vintage fork-brace you saw on my '80 GS-1100-E, it was made by ATK. There is nothing else written on it, but it is adjustable with little spacers,to lift the cross-bar up over different fender heights. Mine came with it already on.
