Need tire size conversion

I have a 1981GS450L that the tires are old and need to be replaced. I want the closest metric size tire to the correct size in order to keep spedo correct and gearing correct.. The label on the bike says the front tire size is "3.60S19-4PR" and the back is "4.60S16-4PR".
Any suggestions

I found the chart in earlier search but what about aspect ratio? I think that might have an effect.

Never mind. I think I found the answer at www.oldbikebarn.com by looking up parts that fit my particular motorcycle. It shows the front as "100x90x19" and the rear as "120x90x16". thanks anyway.
