GS1100e wheels
What will fit? I have some 17" katana wheels are those an easy swap? I would rather pass my oem wheels on to someone else that needs them.Tags: None

I do not have the right answers for you but some more info might get you some responses.
What are the widths of the Katana wheels?
What bike are you hoping to put them on?
Do you have the stock fork and swingarm on that bike?
What kind of riding do you do...are you looking for grip or longevity?2@ \'78 GS1000

Yah, I didn't find the info I needed. Searching around I found I may have a 17x4.5 wheel on the back, but the tire IIRC is only a 130. I think the closest thing I found was swapping to a GSXR 5.5 wheel? If it's really easy I would just like to swap katana wheels on since I have them on hand with good tires. Also want to go with a lighter chain since I need one anyways.Originally posted by Nessism View PostDid you check the archives? There have been tons of threads about guys changing their wheels.
