    Washers for rear wheel?

    What's up Gang?

I'm trying to get my rear gsxr wheel straight with my front wheel. I don't know anyone who can make spacers. I wanted to know if there is anyone out there that has used washers to help get there rear wheel straight? Are washers a good idea or not? Thanks for your help.

    Peace!

you can start with washers, but ultimately i would have a spacer machined; Katman provides them to order.

If you sell parts or provide services for GS series motorcycles, place a description of it in this forum.

As popslayer says a properly machine spacer is best...but in my case I was able to get the proper width with a stack of variable standard washers (you get them from cheap bolt bin places). Of course, when I pull the wheel off it's a big headache because I have to make sure I don't mix the washers up.

It boils down to simplicity, expense, effectiveness. You can only have two in your favor.
