    Brake MC problems

I took my brake MC off and completely cleaned it, and replaced everything on it. New kit for the inside and new reservoir. My problem is this, it won't move it any fluid. I put fluid in the reservoir and pump it and pump it but no fluid comes out...

      A few solutions here.

FIRST: Do a search, hundreds of posts on the site about it.

TWO: Remove brake lever and push piston in to full stroke with screwdriver. The lever movement does not give full stroke, the screwdriver will. Do it hard and fast.

THREE: Loosen the banjo bolt at the MC and pump the lever until fluid comes out. Hold a rag around the banjo, don't want any brake fluid on our new paint do we. lol

If all else fails get a vacuum pump and suck the air out using one of the caliper nipples undone a turn or two.

Sorry, didn't know what to look for as i didn't know it was called "priming" the pump. Noob question, one of many.

You're fine Fullmetal. But yea, you need to ensure that piston is primed before doing the rest of the lines.

Did you remember to clean that return port in the MC? If not your brakes will lock up on you and you won't like the feeling.
