I found a cb750 chassis on CL. I was wondering if those wheels would work on a shaft gs1100. I wasn't sure if the part that uses the shaft is connected to the wheel or actually part of the wheel.

Hi,
Spoke wheels for shaft drive bikes are not that common. However, I have a fuzzy recollection that someone mentioned the rear wheel of a certain model of Yamaha Virago might interchange (probably not the drum brake models). I'm sorry I can't be any more specific.
Edit: It seems my memory is fuzzier than I thought. In the next post Mr. steve murdoch advises to research the Suzuki Madura for your donor spokers. My apologies.
