I bought an older set of Koni 7610 dial-a-rides off ebay and a set of seals from A Moto-Guzzi dealer in Wisconsin.
The problem I had was gettiing the air from under the valve stack. I reached in and held the inner tube while cycling the shock rod up and down a few times and that seemed to do it. I used 5wt Amsoil shock oil but it seems a little light. I'll know better after I get them on the bike.
They really arn't that hard to do. The worst part--aside from the air--was getting a proper spanner wrench to remove the cap from the shock. I would gladly do them them for others if the interest is there.Comment

5wt is the right stuff to use. I would be surprised if you find anything else when you get them fitted and tested.79 GS1000S

80 GSX750
80 GS550
80 CB650 cafe racer
