Pad pins are rusty and stuck . Used PB Blast not much help. Any ideas on a better solvent ?

These are a real PITA to get out if dirty.
Galvanic corrosion is a nasty gremlin.
I had to split a caliper once in order to get them out.
Easily done of the calipers are still on the bike. but you would have to remove the wheel and one PITA gets traded fro another.
To avoid this you could try to grip the center of the pin with locking needle nose pliers and wiggle em side to side and round and round. -
