    Koni/Ikon shock rebuild kits

Wondering if anyone has had some experience rebuilding set of old koni shocks.

Looking to do the job myself, and wasn't sure of a good source for a rebuild kit.

Does Ikon usa still supply kits?

Not looking to have them rebuild by anyone else. If i send them off, I might as well just purchase a new set.

Easy job too - much easier than doing the forks.

If they're Konis (not Ikons) it's worth trying it on. Loads of them came with a lifetime warranty. I know Koni is no more but maybe worth a try?

          Yep they are Koni.

Pretty good shape really. Looks like one of the shafts has a bit of seepage. They seem to rebound well, and dampen well though.

Guess I'll call Ikon usa and ask some advice on what parts I would need to order.

From looking around different sites on rebuilding them, the job looks pretty simple.
