GS750 front brake caliper axle o rings

    Can anyone help please
I have stripped down the front brake calipers on my1977 GS750 and I need to replace the o rings.........heres where my problem starts! there are three grooves on the axles each have an o ring in, the problem is that all of the schematics I have found for my bike say that you only need two o rings per axle is this correct?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

It's 2 Bill. And only on the front spindle. Yeah I know - why cut 3 grooves? Pass.

And Jim shows you where they go:
