    Sonic spring impression

I rebuilt the forks on my 1100E (had to replace everything inside other than the dampers) and I installed 1kg/mm Sonic springs. Man, they are pretty great, the ride is amazing now. Handles bumps nicely, not too much movement in the front end. Thanks to all the info on this site it was a rather painless operation.

Quick tip, use a zip tie on the stanchion to see what your actual fork travel is when riding. The biggest dips seem to be from braking but big bumps also generate some good fork travel.

Also you should confirm your Front and Back sag numbers using the following guide.
