Just wondering if anyone has changed their own front tire? (1982 GS650GLZ)

LOL. We are so cheap we always change our own tires. With the proper setup it is not that difficult.

i get mine done at local tyre shop. if you buy the tyre from them they fit it free with new valve and balancing if required.
if i take a new tyre to them and ask them to fit it then it cost ?5 to fit, inclusive of balancing and new valve.
