Please confirm that my wheel spacers are ok

I'm putting the bike back together, replacing wheel bearings.
just wanted to confirm that i'm putting on the spacers correctly

this is the front axle:


this is the rear:


also do i need to put the spacers in before i install one of the bearings?
I'm a little confused because in the fiche i see a flange on the front axle center spacer,but these are the parts i dissembled from the bike.

Make sure you install the spacer between the wheel bearings before putting the bearings back into place

I *think* that's right... been nearly two years since I put mine together now though... I definitely don't recall any flange on the front spacer though.
