Kawasaki kz wheels on a gs

Hey, I tried searching but I couldn't find much. Would the Lester style wheels from a Kawi KZ, 19" front 18" rear bolt up to a 79 1000 or are there any modifications that have to be made?
    Thanks!

I had a set on my 79 when I got it.

I don't think there were any special spacers

They're just clogging up the corner of my garage now, want them?

Pretty silly to use Kawasaki wheels when you can get a set of stockers for cheap.

Well, silly or not, it sounds like he found some that might rival the price of a set of GS wheels.

Ed, the stock Suzuki wheels are ugly, and heavy.

Maybe Tom, but the stock Kawasaki wheels don't seem like much of an improvement.

OK, they're both ugly. Are they just as heavy?
