part no 51458-49000 for GS1000G

    part no 51458-49000 for GS1000G

    This is the threaded plate on the bottom fork yolk that the 2 off 8mm clamp screws go in to, does anyone know the thickness of the plate as mine are missing.

      I would not be using "just nuts" in place of that part either. Some backyard hack might.
      Anyway, why not just order a pair of them if you need both?

      Or get your local Suzuki store to order them and pay for the shipping and you will just pay the retail price plus tax for those parts.

        thanks GSX, nuts were fitted looked crap, my plan was to make the plates out of stainless.
