    brake pads

Has anyone used Caltric brand brake pads? The rear pads are sinterd, fronts are semi matallic. Thanks in advance

    I am using these http://www.ebay.com/itm/BRAKE-PADS-S...b4a945&vxp=mtr

I don't have anything to compare it to since these are the only pads I have used on my 1000G and I redid the entire brake system when I installed them, but so far the bike seems to stop like it should. A lot better than my single disk front/drum back cb400 did.

Sintered pads will score up your brake rotors, and may squeal some. Not sure how much real world wear and noise will occur though. Please be sure to come back after you have a few thousand miles on these pads and post a review.
