Those look interesting NJ but I think the RFY's that sav0r has analysed on his website is the direction I'm looking.The look very similar to the 86 KDX shock I took apart so doing that on a brand new shock doesn't scare me much.Still want to hear what you think of them once you use them.

I came across these on aliexpress a couple of months ago and was interested enough to note them for future consideration.
At the bottom of the ali page can be seen many more garish colour schemes, and by contrast the black/orange is relatively subdued
