                Well I hope it's a cold storage thing, looks like the RoadRiders are the only decent tire in the right sizes for my GS450.

                    Got a call from Avon today. They are checking stock for a newest formulation tire with a 2013 date code........

                            She was suppose to send me a call tag for the last one but it never showed up. Before I took it off I did a royal smookie in the driveway. Clouds of white smoke and the smell of melted rubber . This latest one....I dont know.

                                        I have 12.90/17 on the rear with no cracks. Been on there several years.

                                        Forgot what size 19 on the front,,, no cracks.

                                        I'm wanting to put some on my 72 Yamaha XS2 but I'm afraid too. Have you heard of any reports of a 110/90/18 cracking. Thanks.

                                            Got the new Road Rider today. Mfg date 2813.



                                            Hi Dave,
                                            I am going to have Mark Wagoner in our office contact you regarding this tire as I am on the road this week. The UK has modified the sidewall compound in 2013 in this size to make it more flexible so this issue should be resolved now. Took a while to figure out a fix. So sorry about this. Mark will also send you a labor reimbursement form and as a gesture of goodwill I would like to send you an Avon jacket if you let me know size.
