    bandit brake stay on 1000?

I have a GS1000 with a 1100 rear swingarm, and the rear wheel of a katana with a 150 tire. Everything seems to be centered and worked properly chain wise, now the only issue is the brake. The brake stay hits the tire and is misaligned from the caliper as shown:

Does anyone know if a bandit brake stay such as this one would work to fix the problem?

I would rather not have a custom one made. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

I think J Whelan might know the answer to that... From memory yes. Can't remember if the length is right.

I used a Bandit stay on my 700 to get a 3.5" 1150 with a 150 on the rear. It worked perfectly except the caliper does not fit level which is no issue. You may have to shim the caliper at both hanger bolts to get the rotor to align in the caliper.
