I plan on installing Race Tech cartridge emulators in my 78 750e forks this weekend, but I've never done this before. I tried searching for an install thread but I couldn't find one. Does anyone here have any install info or at least know where I can get GS750 specific info from?

The instructions that I have seen are rather simple. Basically, open up the forks, drill the damper rods, re-install the dampers. Drop the emulators into place, set your oil level, continue re-assembly of fork, install on bike.
Have not done this yet on my bike, but have talked to a couple others who have, so there are probably a few more details.

From what I've been able to find, I'll disassemble the forks, drill out the 4 compression holes to 5/16 and add two more. The install the damping rod, take a shot at adjusting the emulator, drop it on top of the damping rod, fill her up and drop the spring in place.
I'm going to pm AZR and see if he knows of a good baseline setting for my set up.Comment

A general note that is sometimes overlooked:
If you have a bike with the anti dive set up, the additional compression holes must be drilled above the step in the damper rod and bottoming cone

Easy, just as descibed, excellent results. I have them in 2 bikes and they are going in my GS. It over rides adjustable rebound and deletes antiive. Still excellent. Suspension is everything.
