Black SS brake lines..who makes them??

Buddy wants to get black SS lines made for his 82 GS 850 G. Both the front and rear ones. Who here can make them and quote a price so I can let him know??

I don't remember who offers them, but I have seen them.

I got a used set from a member here that were the usual plain stainless, but covered them with heat-shrink tubing, which worked quite well.

Well, they looked good, but one of them leaks. Now I need to find out how to fix it or replace it.

I ...obviously..cant make them for him. So I told him I would ask around the forum. He needs the front and rear ones at stock lengths. Premade and sent to me so I can give them to him. I can ask him if the silver would be OK but i think he was thinking black so they look like stock.....to a point.

Chuck, I've ordered a handful of custom lines from this seller on ebay:

Matter of fact, I just bought 3 lines recently and it was under $90 shipped. You'll need to know all the details of the lines before ordering though.

If the bike is stock, Raymond has a lot of specs on the lengths and etc. But it is safe to obviously measure and give the angles. That's what I did and everything worked perfectly.

Have had Raymond make up 4(?) sets so far.Got what I ordered every time.Just don't order the red lines, got some for my 85 750 and the coating didn't last a year.Clear and black seem to be good.

I used Spiegler hoses with smoke color covers, they are almost black.
