Front brake (dual disc) unequal braking?

I took advantage of the milder temperatures the last few days, and took the bike for a spin.

When doing a few quick checks after getting back, I noticed that one of the front brake discs was cold to the touch, while the other one was noticeably warmer (lukewarm).

Of course, a highly unscientific measurement, but am I looking at a possible issue?

Note that I'm planning to put it new brake lines and do overhaul the brakes anyway (it's all still stock). The main question is wether I should do it sooner than later.

Not too sure, they could very well be 1979's stock. Last inspection ~1.5yrs ago found them safe.

I plan to replace them this year in any case. Calipers will be done too by then, at the latest.
