    This doesn't look right to me

    The disk is much closer to one side of the caliper which doesn't look right to me but I have no point of reference so maybe it's normal! Is this how the rear caliper is meant to be aligned? I double checked that the axle spacers (mushroom & thick) are in the correct location & orientation.

    If you're sure it's put together right and the brakes seem to work properly, then it's probably fine. Both pads should grip the rotor firmly when the brake is engaged, and there should only be a slight drag (or none) when let go.

    Also, upgrade those brake lines at your earliest convenience.
